Current Open Positions Position: Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift Location: Wright City, MO Job Id: 201 # of Openings: 1 Production Supervisor – 2 nd Shift Overtime Required Duties / Responsibilities Assist production team members and ensure the production line is working. Load parts and materials onto trucks for customers. Assign staff members to different areas of the production plant. Assign tasks to staff members. Supervise staff to ensure that tasks are completed on time and according to safety rules. Communicate with operations lead materials needed for production. Contribute to retaining staff and keeping a low turnover rate. Evaluate staff performance and provide training where necessary. Complete 30/60/90-day reviews with each new hire. Make sure each new hire completes the training program with their assigned trainer. Coach and work with HR on coaching’s/write ups. Resolve workplace disputes. Qualifications Experience working in manufacturing in a managerial role. Natural leadership abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of health and safety protocols.
