Onsite IT Field Support Technician (Healthcare)
South Shore Health System
South Shore Health System is seeking an IT Field Support Technician I to provide first-line on-site desktop support across the health system. You will own site tickets from open to closure and assist with moves, adds and changes. You will document work in the ticketing system and update support documents to aid the team. You will maintain CMDB accuracy, stay current with desktop hardware/software tools, and communicate effectively with clinicians and staff. #J-18808-Ljbffr South Shore Health System
