Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Assignment Duration: 4 months (leave coverage) Conversion: Not eligible for full-time conversion Pay rate: $75/H Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Interim Medical Affairs Lead to support the implementation of Medical Affairs strategies, policies, and processes. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the accurate and compliant communication of product information, supporting clinical activities, and enhancing medical engagement initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities Implement Medical Affairs plans, processes, and policies to support the appropriate use and communication of products across medical and commercial functions Lead and execute scientific and promotional review processes (e.g., PRC/SRC), ensuring materials are accurate, balanced, and compliant with regulatory and corporate standards Provide oversight and accountability for review committee workflows, including documentation and approvals Ensure timely development, review, and dissemination of medical materials, publications, and scientific communications Analyze and interpret clinical and real-world data, translating findings into clear and compliant scientific messaging Serve as a scientific expert and strategic partner to commercial teams, guiding product messaging and claims Support medical engagement, training, and capability-building initiatives Ensure compliance of all medical and promotional communications with regulatory and internal standards Support medical information activities and respond to complex scientific inquiries Contribute to continuous improvement of review processes and governance frameworks Qualifications & Experience Education: Terminal degree required (PharmD, PhD, MD, DNP/DrNP, or equivalent) Experience : 5–8 years of relevant experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Review, or a related function Demonstrated expertise in scientific and promotional review processes (PRC/SRC) Strong knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and industry guidelines Proven ability to manage complex projects with minimal supervision Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Key Competencies Advanced scientific and technical expertise Strong analytical thinking and sound judgment Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders High level of autonomy and accountability Experience contributing to process improvements and governance frameworks Additional Information Individual contributor role with potential to guide or review work of junior team members Requires collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders including Commercial, Regulatory, and Legal teams Opportunity to act as a trusted scientific advisor and strategic partner
