Job Summary

Management & Coordination

12+ Years Day shift; escalation availability

Key Responsibilities

1. Service Delivery Ownership: Own delivery outcomes across assigned towers, Ensure services meet scope, SLA and quality expectations, Drive operational stability
2. Governance & Reporting: Lead service reviews, Prepare executive dashboards, Track risks, issues and actions, Maintain project budget trackers, Track planned vs actual spend, Prepare monthly financial reports
3. Resource Management: Plan staffing requirements, Monitor utilization and productivity, Coordinate ramp-up/ramp-down
4. Stakeholder Management: Manage Apple stakeholder relationships, Coordinate with HCL internal teams, Act as escalation owner for delivery issues
5. Continuous Improvement: Identify productivity opportunities, Sponsor automation and quality initiatives, Drive standardization across towers
6. Commercial & Compliance Oversight: Monitor delivery against contract, Coordinate financial and SLA commitments, Ensure compliance with security and process requirements

Skill Requirements

• Proven expertise in managed services delivery, governance, SLA management, operational excellence, stakeholder management, resource planning, and service reviews.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing large teams, driving escalations, overseeing financial performance, and engaging executive stakeholders.
• Proficient in governance and executive reporting.
• Prior experience supporting large enterprise or high-tech clients is highly desirable.

• Strong experience in project tracking, RAID management, MIS reporting, action tracking, vendor coordination, and PMO governance within a managed services environment.

• Proficient in data analysis, stakeholder communication, meeting management, and operational reporting.

• Hands-on experience with MS Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, and ServiceNow.

• Exposure to engineering operations, large-scale managed services programs, and Apple/GATOS-type environments is preferred but not mandatory.

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.

Pay and Benefits Pay Range Minimum: $115,00 annually

Pay Range Maximum: $125,000 annually
