Tax Intern Summer 2026

Primary Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of income, partnership and franchise tax returns and supporting workpapers, as well as amended returns of minor complexity. Help analyze and reconcile OneSource cash tax reports to operating company’s G/L. Assist in the preparation and review of depreciation expense schedules. Maintain tax calendar and fixed asset system. Investigate and resolve state tax notices. Collect data to assist management and operating company personnel with tax audits. Help research state and local tax rules for project bid requests. Analysis/Decision Making Strong analytical skills are required along with the ability to work both independently and in a group environment. Education, Certifications, Specialized Training Requirements: Pursuing BS in accounting/finance – currently in their sophomore or junior year. Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills are necessary. PC skills utilizing Excel, Word, Power Point, Adobe Acrobat and Outlook.
