Job Title: Interventional Radiology RN Profession: RN (Registered Nurse) Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 8 hours (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: - Required certifications: ACLS, BLS - Ability to provide one full week of call per month. - Weekday call starts at 5:30 PM each day until 7:00 AM the following morning. - Weekend call starts at 7:00 AM on Saturday and ends at 7:00 AM on Monday. Description: This position is for an Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse. The role requires experience in an acute care setting. The ideal candidate must be able to work both day shifts and provide on-call coverage. The nurse will be responsible for patient assessment and management during interventional procedures. They must demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills. The candidate will work closely with physicians and other healthcare team members. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential. This role may involve participation in patient education and discharge planning. The nurse will utilize the Cerner charting system for documentation. The organization may cancel up to four shifts during the 13-week assignment.
