Pay

$350,000~$1,100,000 per year

Salary Details
Competitive base salary plus a percentage of net collections after $1M production

Requirements

• Licensed dentist

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Completion of an ADA-accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency program
Active North Carolina dental license or eligibility for licensure
2–5 years of post-residency experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach

Job Description

Perform oral and maxillofacial surgery procedures with precision and care
Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to provide seamless patient care
Manage patient consultations, treatment planning, and follow-up care
Maintain proper documentation and comply with regulatory standards
Participate actively in practice growth and development initiatives
Engage with patients to foster trust and provide education on oral health
