Digital Engagement Specialist

Role Overview Elevate MD is looking for a proactive, personable, and detail-oriented Digital Engagement Specialist to support and grow our digital presence. This role plays an essential part in nurturing our online community by moderating discussions, responding thoughtfully to messages and comments, and assisting with content scheduling and publishing. The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness, enjoys connecting with people in an online setting, and understands the value of maintaining a consistent brand voice while providing timely, meaningful engagement. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to comments, direct messages, and inquiries across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms Oversee and moderate the Elevate MD Skool community to maintain a positive and supportive environment Assist with scheduling and publishing content aligned with Elevate MD’s brand, services, and mission Actively engage with followers to foster trust and strengthen community relationships Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure communication aligns with ongoing campaigns and initiatives Monitor engagement trends and provide insights and feedback to leadership Qualifications Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to tone and detail Experience using Instagram, Facebook, and community platforms such as Skool Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service instincts Interest in health, wellness, or functional medicine preferred Job Type: Full-time Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Dental insurance Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
