Positions open starting in August 2026, with the assignment running through May 2027-and the possibility of some pre- and post-planning days.


Qualifications:

• Active Georgia SLP License and GaPSC Educator Certification required
• SLP-CCC credentials or eligibility preferred; strong consideration given to SLP-CFYs
• Previous experience or practicum in a K-12 or school-based setting is highly valued
• Commitment to in-person service (no virtual/VOCO placements)
• Collaborative communication style and adaptability

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and language disorders for students across designated grade levels
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor progress in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district policies and state regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture
