Medical Receptionist

Job Description Job Description We are looking to add a Medical Receptionist to our team! Knowledge & experience in E-Clinical Works EHR & LabCorp is required. Duties include: Greeting patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner Scheduling appointments for patients and maintain the appointment calendar Answering phone calls and directing persons to the appropriate people Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments Update patient records and enter new patient information Assist providers and patients, and assist with other administrative tasks as needed Assist with medical records management and filing Maintain medicinal supplies and equipment Maintain a clean and organized reception area Process payments and maintain financial records Assist with medical billing and coding Inquiries Respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner Processing prior medical authorizations *Pay will be calculated based on the applicant's knowledge, training, & experience \nCompany Description We are a fairly new & growing primary care facility.
