Summit Medical Group is seeking to hire a dedicated Internal Medicine Physician   to join our team at Legacy Primary Care .   Candidates should be board certified or board eligible. August 1, 2026 marks two years since Hermitage Primary Care joined Summit Medical Group, and we have exciting news to celebrate. The coming year will bring a new chapter as we become  Legacy Primary Care and relocate to our new, expanded facility at 113 Bear Crossing in Mt. Juliet , with an anticipated opening date of January 11, 2027.
