Job Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets and quality standards. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and enforce safety protocols. Manage and maintain production equipment, ensuring proper operation and timely maintenance. Develop and deliver safety training programs to educate employees on best practices and compliance requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and resolve operational issues promptly. Monitor workforce performance, provide coaching, and support employee development initiatives. Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and environmental standards at all times. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations or plant supervision. Proven knowledge of safety procedures, safety audits, and regulatory compliance. Experience managing production equipment and leading teams in a manufacturing environment. Strong communication and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications Certification in Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) or equivalent safety training. Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies. Previous experience working in a supervisory role within a similar industry. Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). Advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
