Physical Therapist - PRN Department: Quality Care Rehab Employment Type: Flexible Location: Glenview at Pelican Bay Reporting To: Shari Smith Compensation: $53.00 - $57.00 / hour Description TMC is a therapy provider that brings physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to long‑term care providers. As a Physical Therapist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat patients to restore function, alleviate pain, and improve mobility. You will provide individualized care plans and apply evidence‑based practices. Key Responsibilities Comprehensive Assessment: Conduct clinical examination and diagnostic tests to identify impairments and functional limitations. Treatment Planning and Implementation: Develop individual treatment plans and use therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and patient education to improve function. Manual Therapy and Therapeutic Techniques: Perform joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilization, and prescribe exercises and neuromuscular re‑education. Pain Management and Modalities: Tailor treatment modalities and monitor patient responses. Functional Training and Rehabilitation: Guide patients through functional mobility, gait training, and ADL retraining, and incorporate real‑life scenarios.
