Facility Requirements: • Must have 3 years recent RN ICU experience in an Acute Care or LTAC facility setting • Must ahve vent & trach, wound care & central line experience • Must have ACLS & BLS certifications, these must be attached to the submission (Must be through the American Heart Association) • Must have Texas RN or multi-state RN license, must be attached to resume • Will be required to float to lower acuity unit depending on facility census • Patient Ratio 1:6
