Benefits (subject to eligibility) Full-Time Employees - Other Compensation & Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO): Accruals are based on role classification and years of service: Paid Sick and Safe Leave (PSSL): Accrued at 1 hour for every 40 hours worked in Washington. WA Paid Family and Medical Leave: Participation in the state-mandated insurance program. Health & Wellness: Eligible for group medical, dental, and vision insurance (1st of the month following 60 days).
