Outside Sales and Community Outreach Representative

SYNERGY HomeCare

Job Description

Build relationships with hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, and other healthcare providers.
Visit referral sources daily to introduce and educate them about SYNERGY HomeCare services.
Network within the community and attend local events to promote our company.
Deliver marketing materials and maintain regular follow-up with referral partners.
Identify new referral opportunities and help expand our community presence.
Represent SYNERGY HomeCare in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner.
Keep accurate records of visits and outreach activities.
Work closely with the office team to develop marketing strategies and grow referrals.
