Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide detailed information about products and services.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and customer feedback professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Schedule

This position requires availability for Monday or Friday shifts, from 6 AM to 6 PM. Overtime work may be assigned but is not guaranteed.
