Accounting & Finance Analyst

Hanon Systems is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Accounting & Finance Analyst to join our finance team. This role will play a critical part in supporting financial planning, reporting, analysis, and operational improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Plays key role in the preparation of analytical reports and tools Regularly communicates with plant teams regarding expectations for preparation and review of budgets, forecasts and actual results relative to expectations. Prepares accurate reporting of variances and works with department managers to develop accurate internal reporting. Ensures that consistent practices are used to maintain integrity of financial data and related systems: researches and reconciles data analysis for accuracy Performs ad hoc core financial analysis and reporting responsibilities to support internal initiatives and projects focusing on driving efficiency and transparency Reviews operating results and prepare variance and trend analysis monthly Supports the finance related project, task such as inventory optimization, cost saving, etc. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with a preference for a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics and/or equivalent work 3-7 years of experience as a Financial Analyst preferred Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred Strong grasp of Microsoft Office applications with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail Ability to multitask and perform in a deadline driven environment Hanon Systems is an equal opportunity employer committed to a culturally diverse workforce. #J-18808-Ljbffr
