Charismatic Commercial HVAC Sales Professional
We are a 101-year-old commercial HVAC company delivering high-performance solutions to businesses, property managers, developers, and facility directors. Known for our technical expertise, reliability, and integrity, we partner with clients to solve complex comfort, efficiency, and compliance challenges. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a charismatic commercial HVAC sales professional who excels at building trust and closing long-term, high-value relationships.
This is a consultative, relationship-focused sales role targeting commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. You will identify opportunities, develop tailored HVAC solutions, and guide decision-makers through replacement, retrofit, service, and maintenance investments. Your credibility, communication skills, and presence will be essential to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and manage commercial HVAC sales opportunities
- Build strong relationships with property owners, facility managers, contractors, and decision-makers
- Conduct site visits, assess system needs, and develop customized HVAC solutions
- Prepare and present proposals, ROI analyses, and system recommendations
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and service teams
- Manage long sales cycles while maintaining consistent pipeline activity
- Negotiate contracts and close profitable, long-term agreements
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Track activity and maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Qualifications
Commercial HVAC sales experience preferred [2 10 years proven track record]
B2B or technical solution sales experience required
In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, service agreements, building automation and capital projects a plus
Proficiency with CRM tools and proposal software
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
