Junior Network Engineer Location: Onsite in Phoenix, AZ Type: Contract-to-Hire

Motion Recruitment is partnering with an established manufacturing company in Phoenix to find a Junior Network Engineer to join their in-house IT team. This is a hands-on role in a full Cisco environment, and it's a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow their networking career on a lean, collaborative team.

What You'll Do

• Set up, configure, and maintain Cisco switches and routers
• Support day-to-day network operations and troubleshooting
• Help deploy and stand up networks at new and existing sites
• Travel occasionally (about 10%) to company locations across the U.S.
• Work closely with a small IT team where everyone wears multiple hats

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience configuring Cisco switches and routers
• Understanding of core networking concepts such as VLANs, routing, and switching
• CCNA or equivalent knowledge preferred
• A team-first attitude, with humility and willingness to learn
• Comfort working fully onsite and traveling occasionally
