That's why we provide:Up to $37.00 per hourOvertime opportunitiesMonthly performance bonus potential up to $12,000 annuallyWeekly payMedical, dental, and vision coverageHealth Care Reimbursement401(k) with company matchCompany-paid life insuranceShort-term and long-term disability coverageAD&D insurancePaid holidays and PTOOngoing training and developmentUniform allowanceTool allowanceKey ResponsibilitiesAs a Mobile Reefer Trailer Technician, you will operate from a company service truck and provide maintenance and repair services for refrigeration trailers and related equipment.Responsibilities include:Diagnosing and repairing trailer refrigeration systemsPerforming preventative maintenance servicesTroubleshooting electrical and mechanical issuesCompleting telematics-related repairs and inspectionsConducting trailer repairs and DOT inspectionsReading fault codes and determining corrective actionsRecording work orders, repairs, and parts usage accurately in company systemsOperating powered industrial equipment safely while performing field service workQualificationsTo succeed in this role, candidates should possess:Experience as a Transport Refrigeration TechnicianTrailer repair experienceDOT inspection knowledge and experienceEPA 608 CertificationAbility to diagnose refrigeration systems using alarm and fault codesStrong understanding of electrical schematics and wiring diagramsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordWelding experience with steel or aluminum preferredCDL preferred but not requiredWhy Fleet Repair Solutions?Fleet Repair Solutions is a family-owned company specializing in medium and heavy-duty fleet maintenance and repair services.
