The Role

Are you a skilled A&P Mechanic who takes pride in your work? Join a tight-knit team doing real variety: line maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on piston singles, light twins, turboprops, and light to mid-size jets.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, troubleshooting, repair, and modification of GA and corporate aircraft.
• Handle line maintenance, squawk resolution, AD research, parts ordering, and logbook entries.
• Complete 100-hour, annual, and scheduled inspections.
• Support pre- and post-flight operations: towing, fueling, and launching aircraft.
• Keep the hangar clean, organized, and mission-ready.

What You'll Need

• Active FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate required.
• 3+ years of hands-on A&P maintenance experience required.
• Piston GA and/or turbine experience preferred.
• Self-motivated "go-do-it" mindset: research squawks, order parts, and complete log entries independently.
• Professional, customer-focused demeanor.

Why People Stay

• Stability: Long-term growth, steady workload, and a team that keeps its people.
• If It's Broke, Fix It: No cutting corners. Aircraft are maintained safe, squawk-free, and to high standards.
• Family & Work-Life Priority: Flexibility for early or late launches, with leadership that makes sure you don't miss your family's big moments.
• Growth: Hands-on variety, training support, and a clear path to more responsibility.
• Benefits: Competitive pay, overtime opportunity, 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and PTO.

Compensation: {$27-40/hr} depending on experience, plus overtime opportunity and full benefits.
