With a consistent Monday through Friday schedule—40 hours per week—you’ll support communication development and academic success for elementary-aged children in a welcoming school environment.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota SLP license required
• SLP-CCC, SLP- CFY, or experience in school-based/pediatric settings
• Strong skills in conducting evaluations and creating effective treatment plans
• Familiarity with IEP development and participation in IEP meetings
• Experience delivering both small group and individual speech/language interventions
• Ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and families
• Collaborative attitude and flexibility to adapt to school needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for elementary-aged students
• Lead and actively participate in IEP meetings, developing and monitoring student goals
• Provide direct speech/language therapy services in individual and small group settings
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student growth and integrate communication goals
• Maintain compliance with documentation and district requirements
• Foster a positive, engaging environment for student progress
