Our client is a growing, boutique digital marketing agency based in the UK, specialising in performance-driven paid media, primarily within the eCommerce space.

They are currently in an exciting growth phase, with a strong pipeline of new clients and increasing demand across paid search and paid social channels. They operate in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where delivering measurable ROI is key, and are now looking to expand their team with experienced talent who can support both campaign execution and client management.

This is a client-facing role, where you will be responsible for managing campaigns, communicating directly with clients, and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple accounts.

Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta

Act as a primary point of contact for clients, handling communication and reporting

Oversee campaign performance, budgets, and strategy to drive ROI

Coordinate internally on campaign execution and delivery

Support project management and ensure the timely delivery of work

Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance

4+ years of experience in paid media / paid ads account management

Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (essential)

Experience with Meta Ads (highly desirable)

Exposure to Amazon Ads and/or TikTok Ads is a bonus

Background in eCommerce campaigns is strongly preferred

Excellent client communication skills (this is a heavily client-facing role)

Strong organisational and project management ability

Ability to work with UK-based clients (clear communication and cultural alignment)
