Senior Full Stack Developer

Harnham, the leading recruitment specialist in Data and AI, is currently partnering with a bespoke consultancy servicing a leading client within the advanced hedge fund space. This specialist organization focuses on delivering sophisticated, data-driven technology solutions and works closely with its client to build and enhance critical business applications. Role: Senior Full Stack Developer Location: Austin, TX Pay: $60 -$80 per hour W2 only Length: 6 months Benefits: W2 employees are eligible for health, dental, vision, and 401k benefits. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will join the application development team and play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining modern enterprise applications. You will work across both front-end and back-end technologies, building scalable solutions that solve complex business challenges while leveraging AI-powered development tools to accelerate delivery and improve software quality. This is an opportunity to work within a highly technical, data-focused environment supporting innovative projects for a sophisticated financial services client. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and Angular. Build, enhance, and support backend services and REST APIs using C# and .NET. Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Drive application modernization initiatives and implement best practices across the software development lifecycle. Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability. Utilize AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, and similar technologies to improve engineering productivity. Requirements: 7+ years of full-stack software development experience. Strong experience with .NET development frameworks. Advanced knowledge of React. Advanced knowledge of Angular.
