What You'll Do:

• Deliver high-quality neonatal care within a 32-bed Level III NICU
• Manage care for infants from a busy nursery supporting approximately 4,000 deliveries annually
• Collaborate closely with a team of 2 Neonatologists and 2 NNPs during daytime hours
• Participate in home-based night call, with 24/7 NNP coverage in-house
• Perform and maintain neonatal procedures with hands-on support
• Provide mentorship and clinical guidance, especially for new graduates
• Contribute to a collegial, multidisciplinary team environment focused on excellent patient outcomes

What You Need:

• Valid medical license in Kentucky or eligible for licensing
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
• Strong communication skills and team orientation
• New graduates welcomed; prior experience preferred but not required
