Pay & Benefits The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including labor markets, education, work experience and certifications. From regional or upstream distribution centers, target.com fulfillment centers, or import warehouses, the Operations Manager influences safety, leadership, excellence, self‑motivation, problem‑solving and teamwork. You foster a “safety first” culture and establish yourself as an engaging inclusive leader. Your role includes real‑time observation, actionable feedback, ensuring operational plans execute, performance and budget goals achieved, and teams coordinated across functions. You have autonomy to innovate for greater efficiency and process flow optimization. Root cause analysis and calculated risk drive continual improvement. About You Four‑year degree or equivalent experience. Demonstrated leadership ability, with the ability to engage and motivate others. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Good reasoning, conflict‑management, and analytical and problem‑solving skills. Able to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including the mezzanine platforms. Able to read and interpret necessary policies and procedures to perform updates and operate systems and other programs within the Distribution Center, for example, ability to traverse conveyor crossovers.
