FLSA Status: Exempt Base Wage: $36,400 - $57,200/yr. Potential Compensation with bonus and/or commission: $60,000 - $120,000/yr. What To Expect: As a Body Shop Estimator for West Herr, you’ll be in a position to appraise vehicle damage to determine the cost of repairs. You’ll work with technicians and insurance companies.
