The Opportunity

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-obsessed, and personable Sales Account Coordinator to join the Simplehuman Sales team. You'll work directly alongside our Director of Sales, supporting their portfolio of key retail accounts across national, mass, and specialty retail.

This is a role for someone who thrives behind the scenes making everything run smoother: someone who can turn a rough set of talking points into a polished, buyer-ready presentation, who doesn't blink at tedious paperwork, and who's excited to learn the retail sales world from the ground up. You'll be the connective tissue between our Director of Sales and the accounts they manage — handling the details so they can focus on the relationships and the close. This is a fully on-site position based in our Torrance, CA office.

What You'll Own

• Build and format polished sell-in presentations and account reviews that our Director of Sales presents to buyers at national and key accounts
• Own new item setup from start to finish, including detailed and often tedious item forms required by retail partners
• Coordinate and generate product images and lifestyles following retail-specific spec guides
• Serve as a supporting point of contact for accounts, handling day-to-day communication and follow-up with buyers and purchasing teams, anticipating their needs along the way
• Keep account materials, item data, and presentation decks accurate, current, and on-brand
• Compile and organize account and sales performance data into clear reports to support the Director of Sales in business reviews and planning
• Coordinate with marketing, ops, and product teams to gather what's needed for account deliverables and presentations
• Track deadlines across multiple accounts and proactively flag what needs attention
• Support our Director of Sales in prepping for account reviews, trade shows, and retailer meetings
• Act as a problem solver, someone who can think on their feet, troubleshoot when issues come up, and find time-sensitive solutions
  

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, account management, marketing, or a related field (retail or consumer goods a plus, not required)
• Experience supporting key account management activities or other customer-facing business processes is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously
• Strong eye for detail, comfortable with tedious, form-heavy, or repetitive work and getting it exactly right
• Skilled with presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, or similar) and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with an eye for clean, professional formatting
• A clear, professional communicator comfortable corresponding with retail account contacts
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn, someone who anticipates needs before being asked
• Highly organized with a "no task too small" mindset
• A team player who works well cross-functionally and pitches in wherever needed
• Interest in growing into a national account management career
