Unit Highlights: Position Description: Unit/Cost Center: Medical/Renal Unit Shift: Night Shift Skill Set Most Recruited For: Travel LPNs Preferred Skills: A year of medical-surgical nursing experience is preferred. Experience with electronic medical records is valued. Typical Procedures Performed: IV starts and therapy Wound care Patient assessment and implementation of interventions Use of drainage devices Central line management Blood product administration Unit Guidelines/Policies: Guidelines will be addressed upon arrival on the unit. Nurses should be familiar with patient safety goals. Dress Code: Scrub Color: Navy Closed-toe shoes are required. Tattoos should be covered appropriately.
