HR Intern

Position Title: HR Intern Job Summary: This position is located at the University of Oklahoma. Provides administrative support to the Human Resources Director on all personnel matters and assists with payroll processing. Responsibilities: Effectively communicate the Levy culture to current and potential employees. Administer company recognition systems. Scout, recruit, and onboard not-for-profit partners following Levy's NPO Guidelines and track all certifications and licenses. Interview, hire, train and develop team members according to Levy guidelines. Process all new hire documentation to ensure accuracy. Execute Levy Creating Legends classes and new hire orientation according to standard. Ensure all hourly positions are filled according to operational needs. Maintain and audit all team member employment files to ensure Core Signature standards are maintained including food handlers permits, ABLE licenses and Levy's required trainings. Support team member retention and recruiting programs. Participate in regular scheduled meetings to ensure lines of communication are open between management and team members. Display a positive attitude towards team members. Have strong attention to detail. Support and communicate company initiatives. Respond and assist in any departmental guest service issues. Ensure that all security, safety and sanitation standards are achieved. Follow and enforce responsible alcohol service policies. Perform other duties as assigned.
