Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers while promoting sales and making deals for a wide variety of pawn items. Process loans and extensions and negotiate satisfactory terms regarding items to be pawned. Perform opening and closing store procedures. Supervise and coach store team members. Maintain a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that sets EZPawn apart from the competition. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience. Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Strong leadership, negotiation, and customer interaction skills. Highly organized, detail‑oriented with excellent judgment and time‑management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms, or electronics a plus. Sales background a plus. Bilingual a plus.
