Sales Support Representative

Reports To: Director of Sales - National Engravers Promotional Solutions National Engravers Promotional Solutions The Sales Support Representative supports the sales team throughout the quoting, order, and fulfillment process while providing responsive service to customers. This role coordinates information between sales, customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure projects move forward accurately and efficiently. Support the Sales Director and sales team with daily account needs. Research products, pricing, availability, and lead times. Prepare quotes, proposals, and customer presentations. Coordinate samples, artwork, proofs, and approvals. Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding active projects. Review orders for pricing, quantities, decoration, shipping, and accuracy. Maintain customer, quote, and order information in company systems. Track open projects, deadlines, and outstanding action items. Identify and help resolve order issues or delays. Coordinate with art, purchasing, production, shipping, and other departments. Maintain organized customer and project records. Provide project status updates to the sales team and leadership.
