Electrical Assembly Technician

Job TitleJob Description Required Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Experience: Electrical and Wiring Assembler Electrical Wiring Associate, Wiring Associate, Electrical Panel Associate Electrical and Wiring Assembler responsible for the assembly of electrical panels and cabinets. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, wiring/block diagrams. Experience with basic hand tools, air tools, gages, torque wrenches and mechanical assemblies. Preferred Experience: Previous Assembly/Manufacturing experience preferred Required Skills: Communicate, write, and speak effectively in English Ability to work independently and in a team environment Physical Ability: Capable to lift up to 26 pounds on a regular basis, stand for long periods of time and ability to reach overhead, pull, push and bend at times.Job Responsibilities: Assemble and wire electrical panels and cabinets using a variety of hand and/or power tools and crimping of small gauge wires. Performs electrical wiring assembly on medium to large sized parts or panels. Read and review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Responsible for ensuring that work order protocols are followed, and that work order paperwork is completed as the work is performed. Follow 5S and Client Performance System (Continuous Improvement) principles and practices Embrace and be apart of a team focused on safety, quality, customers, and productivity.
