Inventory Associate

Description Job Summary The Inventory Operations Associate supports the day-to-day execution of Vivacity’s pre-deployment process, helping ensure assets are prepared, processed, and moved efficiently. This role delivers high-quality service across multiple functions and contributes to seamless, coordinated workflows in various departments. The Operations Associate must be willing to flex into other areas (such as production, inventory, or related functions) as business needs dictate. Understand and participate in inventory count procedures to help maintain accurate stock levels. Learn the parts picking process, ensuring correct items are selected and prepared. Present relevant updates, details, and data to designated lead Uphold safety standards in respective work environments Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Thorough understanding of, or the ability to quickly learn, production, warehouse and repairs operations and machinery Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize competing priorities and delegate them when appropriate. Expert technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and assist and train others Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment Extremely proficient with Google Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software Excellent customer service skills Ability to work independently Values Carry passion. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience highly preferred Additional Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer Ability to operate job-related machinery Ability to bend, sit, and lift up to 50 lbs This position requires the ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day #J-18808-Ljbffr
