Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician

Fitchburg & Leominster, Massachusetts | Just 1 Hour from Boston

A caring, innovative health center is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join its collaborative team in Fitchburg or Leominster, MA!

The Role

Monday–Friday schedule, typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Option to work a longer 8:00 AM–7:00 PM day in exchange for a shorter day
Choose a 4-day or 4.5-day workweek
Average 16–24 patients per day
Collaborative, team-based care model
Opportunity to focus 100% on patient care , or:
80–90% clinical care
10–20% Associate Medical Director responsibilities
Leadership responsibilities are optional — you can choose to remain fully clinical
