You Have:8+ years of experience in software engineering, including developing, testing, integrating, or maintaining software applications 5+ years of experience developing applications using an object-oriented programming language 4+ years of experience developing web applications using frontend technologies or frameworks, such as React or Angular Experience developing or integrating backend services and RESTful APIs Experience developing applications using relational databases, such as PostgreSQL, and working with SQL Experience working with automated build, test, or CI/CD processes Experience working within Agile software development environments using methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban Experience using software development and task management tools, such as Jira TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology field or 10+ years of experience with software engineering in lieu of a degree Nice If You Have:Experience developing production applications with Python Experience developing enterprise web applications Experience with microservices, distributed systems, or event-driven architectures Experience with Infrastructure as Code technologies such as CloudFormation Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines, such as GitLab, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins Experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration technologies Experience with automated unit, integration, or end-to-end testing Experience with application authentication, authorization, logging, monitoring, or observability Experience working in DevSecOps software delivery environments Experience leading projects and mentoring, teaching junior staff members Clearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
