The attorney will primarily focus on estate planning for a range of asset sizes, but the firm also handles probate and elder law matters. They are seeking an attorney with at least 2 years of estate planning experience to join the team, and they are also open to senior candidates or lateral partners. Key Responsibilities Meet with clients to analyze financial situations, family dynamics, and goals to design customized estate plans. Draft and review comprehensive estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and asset protection strategies. Guide families through the probate and estate administration processes with empathy and efficiency. Assist clients with long-term care planning, Medicaid asset protection, and related elder law issues. Qualifications & Skills Education and License: A J.D. from an accredited law school and an active license in good standing to practice law in Georgia. Experience: A minimum of 2 years of attorney experience specifically focused on estate planning, elder law, or probate.
