Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities Will oversee the Operations environment supporting Extant Aerospace’s manufacturing facility. Support high mix, low volume electronics assembly and test facility Lead team through successful development and execution of monthly plans to meet and exceed schedule, revenue, and cost requirements. Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, equipment, and subcontractors Responsible for establishing optimum utilization of available resources through efficient manpower management Utilize statistical analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in processes Implementing open communication and continuous improvement Improving standards and processes in all phases of the operations cycle Support the development of new methods, processes, and equipment and apply them to the manufacturing operation for productivity gains Education & Experience Requirements Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred; or a bachelor’s degree with at least 8 year of direct industry experience , or an equivalent combination of education and experience Must have 4 years direct leadership experience Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills , with the ability to influence and build consensus in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with data-driven decision-making Why Join Us?
