Controller- Luxury Goods Manufacturer A growing, family-owned business is seeking an experienced Controller to join its leadership team. This is a highly visible role reporting directly to ownership/CFO, with the opportunity to quickly evolve into a CFO-level position over time. The company is projecting significant growth next year and is looking for a hands‑on finance leader who can help support and scale the business. Compensation: $120,000-150,000 annually Key Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day accounting and finance operations Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Ensure compliance with US GAAP and maintain strong internal controls Manage month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes Lead quarterly financial reporting and ensure timely, accurate deliverables Oversee inventory management and cost accounting functions Analyze inventory costing, including labor allocation and pricing methodologies Prepare cash flow projections and working capital analysis Manage borrowing base reporting and banking relationships Handle retailer charge backs and implement process improvements Partner closely with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning Drive reporting efficiencies and process improvements across the organization Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3 direct reports Qualifications 8+ years of accounting/finance experience within wholesale, retail, manufacturing, or distribution environments required Strong experience with inventory costing, labor allocation, and product pricing methodologies Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA required Strong knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting Experience with cash flow forecasting, bank reporting, and borrowing base reporting Advanced Excel skills required; Power BI highly preferred Experience with ERP systems and accounting software For immediate consideration, qualified and interested candidates may reach out directly to Kelly Lucey at View email address on click.appcast.io. #J-18808-Ljbffr
