Patient Access - Phone Scheduling Representative

Must be based in Tennesse! We are seeking a tech-savvy and customer-focused Medical Scheduler to join our Otolaryngology practice and help us streamline our appointment scheduling process! As a Medical Scheduler, you will be responsible for supporting our patients with the online appointment system, answering patient inquiries, and assisting with patient check-in and registration. Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling and confirming patient appointments, collecting patient information, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date patient records. You will also be responsible for responding to patient inquiries via phone and email and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and experience using electronic medical records and scheduling software. You should also possess a friendly and professional demeanor, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
