• Monday - Sunday 24hr shifts with 6-8 hour in-house requirement
• 5-8 patients per shift
• Neonatal/newborn population
• 1-3 resuscitations per week
• Required: intubation, UVC, needle pneumothorax, x-ray interpretation
• Ongoing coverage potential
• Guaranteed 8 hours per day
