We are currently partnering with a well-regarded Pacific Northwest firm seeking a Litigation Associate to join its growing litigation practice. The firm is looking for a mid-level associate who is eager to take on meaningful responsibility while working alongside experienced attorneys in a collaborative and dynamic environment. This opportunity offers exposure to a broad range of sophisticated litigation matters, including complex commercial disputes, contract issues, and regulatory compliance matters, with strong mentorship and opportunities for continued professional development. What We're Looking For: 3–6 years of litigation experience Active membership and good standing with the Washington State Bar Association J.D. from an accredited law school Experience handling commercial disputes and contract matters Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Experience drafting pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and other litigation documents Experience managing discovery, including written discovery and document review Experience assisting with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Strong communication skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Interest in advising clients on commercial disputes, contract issues, and regulatory compliance matters Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary ranging from $140,000–$195,000+ DOE Meaningful responsibility on sophisticated litigation matters Mentorship from experienced litigators Collaborative and dynamic firm environment Opportunities for long-term professional development and career growth.
