MY0514: Legal Compliance & Integrity Specialist – Senior Case Intake & Triage: Review and enter incoming reports from multiple channels (including the FedEx Alert Line, emails, and internal referrals). Conduct preliminary assessments of available details to determine severity and potential organizational impact, including Reportable Matters and legal, regulatory, financial, or reputational exposure. CaseIQ Management & Data Integrity: Own the end-to-end data integrity of investigation records using CaseIQ, validating completion and accuracy of all required fields to ensure audit-readiness, seamless downstream routing, and support for future investigative processes. Categorization & Escalation: Categorize cases based on defined criteria to ensure appropriate handling, escalation, and assignment by aligned investigative departments and stakeholders while providing thorough, objective case notes. Program & Project Support: Help design, document, and deliver training initiatives, familiarization programs, project rollouts, and ongoing process improvements across the network in collaboration with internal/external stakeholders and third-party vendors. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, HR, Compliance, or Risk Management. (Note: High School diploma or GED plus 4+ years of relevant experience in Business, Operations, Logistics, HR, Legal, or related areas is accepted in lieu of a degree). Experience: 3–7+ years of professional experience in corporate compliance, internal investigations, legal support, HR, risk management, or operations. Tech Stack & Software: Proficiency with case management or investigation platforms (CaseIQ experience required/preferred; working knowledge of Workday and CDAS preferred, alongside Microsoft Office and web-based applications). Core Skills & Abilities: Exceptional critical thinking, strong presentation/communication skills, strict discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information, ability to work with minimal supervision, and the ability to make sound judgment calls under pressure.
