Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Room Attendant to ensure that all rooms are kept clean and orderly for our guests. The Room Attendant will be responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms in a timely and organized manner. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in a similar role is preferred Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service skills Good physical condition to be able to lift and move objects as needed Responsibilities: Clean and maintain guest rooms following company standards Change linens, make beds, and provide fresh towels and toiletries Vacuum carpets and dust surfaces in the room Restock room amenities such as drinking glasses, soaps, and towels Report any maintenance issues to the relevant department Follow all safety protocols and procedures while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment Other Requirements: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Excellent time management skills Good communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and customer service Team player mentality to collaborate effectively with other staff members #J-18808-Ljbffr
