Revital Medical Aesthetics is looking for a hardworking, dependable, and motivated Medical Assistant to join our team! We are seeking someone who is a multitasker , works well in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to jump in wherever needed. The ideal candidate is a team player who takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude, and is committed to providing excellent patient care and supporting the entire team.

Responsibilities:

• Support the providers and clinical team with day-to-day patient care and clinical responsibilities
• Welcome and connect with patients, helping create a warm and exceptional experience from start to finish
• Prepare treatment rooms, escort patients, and complete patient intake
• Communicate pre- and post-treatment instructions clearly and confidently
• Help keep the practice organized, efficient, and running smoothly
• Assist with administrative tasks and follow-through as needed
• Be an active part of our team and step in wherever support is needed
• Help create engaging, authentic content for our social media platforms, including Instagram

​ Qualifications:

• Previous healthcare experience required; medical aesthetics or dermatology experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Friendly, professional, and confident when interacting with patients
• Passionate about skincare, beauty, wellness, and aesthetics
• Eager to learn and grow within the industry
• Phlebotomy (optional)
