Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: PT Specialty: Outpatient Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 08:30 - 16:30 Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Current state license in Physical Therapy Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred Must-Have: - Current state license in Physical Therapy - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred Description: Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment to patients. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans. Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families on treatment techniques and home exercise programs. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Adhere to policies and procedures related to patient care and safety.
