Liaison Package Handler

Package Liaison HandlerLuxer One is looking for a professional, personable, organized and customer-focused individual to provide package management service to a luxury apartment building in the Menlo Park area. Come join our growing team! This service representative will help organize and maintain package reception rooms/locker systems at an apartment complex located in Menlo Park. The service rep will visit their assigned property/properties multiple times a week, and perform various duties.What You'll Do:Provide in-person support to residents having package questions/issuesLog recently-delivered packages into the property's automated package management systemDeliver packages to resident doors or in-unitOrganize packages within the room, to make it easier for residents to find their packagesIdentify aging/stale packages and prepare them to be returned to senderEmail Correspondence with on-site residents and property staffServe as a primary liaison between the property and the package management provider support teamDeliver certain packages directly to residents' doorsPerform lightweight maintenance on the locker/package room management systemThis is a part-time role, but this role is also part of a new, expanding service program – with opportunities for growth as the program expands.Requirements:Professional and Interpersonal.
