Your Role in the Journey

• Execute a variety of routine and cutting-edge clinical laboratory tests in areas such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology, following established procedures.
• Assess test results for precision, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and conduct preventive maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection processes and prepare samples as required for testing.
• Keep comprehensive records of all procedures, train new hires or students, and maintain high laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a safe, clean workspace while adhering to regulatory guidelines and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Attain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Ensure ongoing certification is maintained throughout your career.
