Location: On-Call Legacy House, Seattle, WA, US Benefits Competitive salary for the Seattle/Puget Sound region Paid Sick and Safe Leave accrual of one (1) hour for every 30 hours worked, which may be used beginning on the employee's 90th calendar day of employment. “Share the success” bonuses Automatic 4% retirement contribution Job Summary The Resident Services Assistant II assists residents who are functionally, physically, or socially impaired and need 24-hour oversight with medication distribution and refilling, vital sign checks, BG testing, and similar actions. They also support all daily living activities that residents are unable to perform without help, fostering at all times residents' independence and freedom of choice. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. One year of health care experience with elderly preferred. Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or qualified Home Care Aid Certification required. CPR/1st Aid certification, Food Handler Permit, and specialty training including Dementia and Mental Health training, Developmental Disability training, and nurse delegation training certificates required or willingness to obtain these certifications after hiring.
